  1. AGE: The participant should be 18 years of age and above, to participate in WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge Contest.
  2. PARTICIPATION:
    • The participant can participate as an individual only. If the participant wants to represent his organization, the entry will still be treated as an individual entry from the participant only.
    • No representation of the participation by any other individual is allowed during the whole process.
    • Participants will need to produce a valid photo id at each stage or as requested by the Organizer
    • All timelines provided shall be adhered by the participants, failing which, their participation may be rejected at the discretion of the Organizer
    • Family members and close relatives of the employees of Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) and Lintas India Private Ltd. (LMG) and other partners, co-sponsors, knowledge partner, etc involved in this activity are not eligible to participate in this contest
  3. NO OF ENTRIES: There is no restriction on the number of entries by a  participant. A participant can enter as many entries till the end of Registration Phase. Post the last date -
    • The participant will have to relinquish all other personal entries made by him and will have to choose one single entry which he wants to represent
    • No individual can make claims (in form of gifts or otherwise) for 2 entries created by him as he has to forgo one entry post last date of Registration.
    • All entries will be shared with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) And Lintas India Private Ltd. (LMG) and / or its Knowledge Partner and its constituents
  4. ENTRY FEES: No entry fee is payable for participation in the WagonR ‘Think Big Challenge’.
  5. REGISTRATION: Registrations and entry submissions for the contest shall be accepted online through the Microsite www.wagonrsmartideas.com or physically at the predefined WagonR dealerships.
    • Each registration / participation will be represented by a five digit numeric unique code during the entire campaign
    • Incomplete registrations can be rejected without accounting for any reason.
  6. ORGANISERS: A committee for WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge contest comprising of people from Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) and Lintas India Private Ltd. (LMG) of the Organizer shall administer the contest and all related matters.
    • All rights are reserved with the organizers to cancel, withdraw, extend or amend the terms of the Contest, venue, selection procedure, rule or regulation without prior intimation.
    • The organizers reserve all rights to modify or terminate the content for any reason, without any prior notice, without liability to you or any other members or third party. The organizer also reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
    • Participants agree to regularly view the websitewww.wagonrsmartideas.com to keep themselves apprised of any such changes.
    • The Organizers shall not be obliged to entertain queries, claims or complaints in relation to the contest.
    • Organizers will not be responsible for any entry file not opening or non compatible at their end.
    • The organizers shall not have any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever incurred (whether directly or indirectly) by any participant in consequence of any cancellation, change, postponement or amendment of the contest.
    • Organizers shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage (all direct, indirect, incidental and consequential) of whatsoever nature and kind caused to the participants in the contest. Participation in the contest is totally the participant(s) prerogative
    • The decision of the organizers will be final and binding on all participants.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
    • All rights and intellectual property rights including the rights of reproduction, publishing, broadcasting, translating, modifying and manufacturing, etc of all entries are reserved by the organizers. All intellectual property (IP) rights to the business idea and plan reside with the applicant as given in the form. Any conflict / claim from another person on the IP, will be the applicant’s responsibility and Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) and Lintas India Private Ltd. (LMG) or any of its partners will not be responsible or entertain any such claim.
    • An applicant, by sending an application, agrees that he / she will present his / her business idea and plan to Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd. (BCCL), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd (MSIL) and Lintas India Private Ltd. (LMG) or any of its partners or constituents
    • The winners/participants of WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge hereby undertake and give their “no objection certification” in endorsing the products of the Sponsors for a period of 1 year by their participation in the Contest and to follow the rules and regulations with respect to the same
    • WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge is an initiative of; and the sole property of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. This campaign is supported by partners and sponsors as published on www.wagonrsmartideas.com
    • Product claims such as "unique", "world first", "one of a kind" or "owned by" the applicant must be substantiated. Organizers reserve the right to request further evidences such as records of all applicable patents, trademarks, design registrations or IP ownership.
  8. EXPENSES:
    • The contest may require the participants to travel within the participating city and/or to any other city for the purpose of participation and/or felicitation ceremony. All Travel, Lodging & Boarding (TLB) and other miscellaneous expenses will have to be borne by the participants them selves . It is on the sole discretion of the organizers whether they want to bear any such expense and no requests will be entertained on this account
    • Participants are not entitled to any compensation for work performed or reimbursement for any costs incurred during or after this event.
  9. COMMUNICATION:
    • All winners will be announced on the microsite: www.wagonrsmartideas.com.
    • The organizers will NOT be responsible for any missing information, miscommunication, wrong information being passed on to the participants. Any such incidence will be coincidental and no participant shall make the organizers responsible for any claim.
    • The organizers will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of the registration or any other subsequent correspondence.
  10. PRIZES:
    • Prizes are non-transferable.
    • The prizes money will be awarded to the participant only. It is at the sole discretion of the participant to share the same with their supporting members
    • All applicable taxes, cess, levies, charges etc. or any shortfall thereto on the prizes shall be paid and borne by the winners
    • The winners of the contest shall be responsible for the collection of the prize money won and at any cost incurred by them to collect the prize money.
    • The organizers will not be responsible for any warranty or guarantee of any prize given to the winner. It will be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and the same will have to be coordinated by the winner, directly with the manufacturer.
    • Prizes unclaimed for a period of 7 days of the felicitation ceremony date shall be liable to be forfeited
  11. EVALUATION:
    • The evaluation of all business ideas will be undertaken by the organizers in consultation with Indian Angel Network as the exclusive knowledge partner, Indian Angel Network has been assigned with the task of assessing the business summaries and business plans and readying the best ideas for the final investor meet with the zonal and national jury panels. Indian Angel Network members may or may not be associated with any sponsors of WagonR Think Big Challenge.
    • The participant can not challenge the vetting and selection process.
    • The organizers including the knowledge partner shall not be obliged to entertain queries, claims and complaints on or in relation to the contest.
  12. Other conditions apply
    • The decision to grant access to the services of www.wagonrsmartideas.com is the prerogative of the site and its decision in this respect shall be final and binding on the proposed user. The user consents that the WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge reserves rights to take all necessary measures to deny access to this site, if the terms and conditions of the present agreement are not complied with or are contravened or there is any violation of copyright, trademark or other valuable proprietary right as described in this agreement.
    • The use of the site www.wagonrsmartideas.com or any of its services or features and user to user interface provided by the site, the information and material contained therein implies and constitutes the user’s consent to this agreement, the user unequivocally agrees to abide by these terms and condition.
    • The user agrees that The ‘Think Big’ Challenge has opinions regarding the subject matter contained on this site and these opinions regarding subject matters contained on the site may be different from those prevalent at that point of time. The user is aware and agrees that these opinions are subject to change from time to time without prior intimation to the user.
    • The information, material and content have been posted on www.wagonrsmartideas.com by exercising due diligence and care and are correct and true to the best of the knowledge and intent of the site. However the user agrees to independently verify the authenticity and veracity of the information, material and content posted on the site. The site does not take any responsibility as to the authenticity and veracity of the information, material and content on the site. The user agrees to indemnify WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge against all actions brought out in this regard. The information, material and content on the site should do not be construed as an advice to the user. Any action taken by the user on the basis of the information contained on the site is the responsibility of the user alone and WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge and organizers will not be liable in any manner for the consequences of such action taken by the user.
    • The user agrees and understands that the information available on the site is not meant for supplementing the knowledge of the user and promises to hold free the site of all liabilities that may arise from the direct or indirect use of the information available on the site.
    • WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge shall not be liable, at any time, for any error, omission, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information contained at this site.
    • The user is aware and understands that WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge does not provide any judgment or warranty regarding the authenticity or correctness of the content of other services or sites that the screen links refer to. The user is aware and understands that a link or mention of another service or site is not an endorsement of the service or site and WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for the consequences of any act or omission on the part of the user, on the basis of the information contained in such other services or sites.
    • WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge reserves its right to monitor the use of all or any part of its service without any prior intimation or any obligation to the user.
    • The user agrees that he shall not alter the information, content or material or use of such information, content or material contained on the site for any purpose that constitutes a violation of the copyright of WagonR ‘Think Big’ Challenge or of a third-party information provider. The user agrees not to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute the material in any way for any use without obtaining the prior written consent from the organizers.
    • No re-sale on Content: Users agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
    • Modifications to Service: The organizers reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the organizers shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
    • Force Majeure : The organizers shall have no liability to the user/participant for any interruption or delay in access to the site irrespective of the cause.
  13. DISPUTES:
    • Any dispute, issue, controversy, difference, demand, claim on or in relation to this contest shall be referred to sole arbitration of the Organizers and shall be final and binding upon the parties. The arbitration shall be held in Delhi in English and held in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 and amendments thereto.
    • The courts in Delhi shall have jurisdiction in relation to all matters in or in relation to the contest
